Action star Arnold Schwarzenegger, who has bared some skin during his own film career, offered nothing but praise for his son Patrick's revealing scenes from the upcoming season of "The White Lotus."

The elder Schwarzenegger attended the Feb. 10 premiere event at Paramount Studios in Los Angeles, sharing a snap of himself with his actor son, 31, on Instagram, The Hollywood Reporter relayed.

"What a show!" the 77-year-old former governor of California and star of "The Terminator" movies posted of the screening of the hit series' third season.

"I could claim to be surprised to find out he has a nude scene," Schwarzenegger went on to add, "but what can I say – the apple doesn't fall far from the tree."

"Don't miss it this Sunday – trust me," the "governator" added.

"Patrick is one of Arnold's five children and his mom is Maria Shriver," THR noted, before listing some of the younger actor's screen credits, including HBO's "The Staircase."

"He's engaged to his longtime girlfriend Abby Champion, and he previously dated Miley Cyrus," THR added.

The new season of Mike White's anthology comedy-drama centers on a Thailand location of the luxury resort chain. Among the guests are the Ratcliffe family, played by Jason Isaacs as the troubled businessman father, Timothy; Parker Posey as the entitled mother, Victoria; and Schwarzenegger, Sarah Catherine Hook, and Sam Nivola as the couple's three children, Saxon, Piper, and Lochlan.

The brothers share a room, and in the first episode the rambunctious Saxon regales his brother with a pep talk about masculinity and promises to help him lose his virginity during the trip. But as Saxon walks across the room naked, Lochlan's fascinated gaze suggests that female attention might not be a priority for him.

At a press conference right before the screening event, Patrick Schwarzenegger spoke of nervousness in advance of his family seeing his nude scenes. After saying that Episode 1 was fairly tame, he teased that subsequent episodes – particularly the fifth and sixth hours of the new season – would be considerably more ribald.

"There'll be some times when I take bathroom breaks," the younger Schwarzenegger predicted.

Early word on the new season is that it is a critical success. Journalists were provided with the season's first six episodes, and this correspondent can confirm that "The White Lotus" revisits the show's successful formula, blending sex, surprises, exotic locales, sharp characterizations, social commentary, outstanding performances, and a healthy dose of off-kilter, satirical humor.

"The White Lotus," Season 3, premieres on Max on Feb. 16.
