New York, NY - THE OUT NYC, New York's first straight-friendly urban resort, announced the opening of The Spa at THE OUT NYC, a newfound Manhattan retreat serving guests and locals alike. Located on 42nd Street within the resort, The Spa at THE OUT NYC joins the growing market of men's spas in Manhattan, offering an array of signature and seasonal treatments and men's grooming services.

In addition to customized massage and body treatments, facials, manicures/pedicures, and a variety of grooming services, The Spa at THE OUT NYC showcases signature treatments including: Sugaring Hair Removal, Organic Rebalance Therapy, Authentic Turkish Hamam, and a Detoxifying Algae Treatment Wrap. Many of The Spa at THE OUT NYC's products call on the OSEA anti-aging skincare line - the only NYC hotel using this line - to make for organic, pure, and effective treatments full of vitamins and minerals derived from the earth and sea.

"We are excited to welcome guests and visitors to unwind and refresh with a tailored collection of treatments and services at The Spa at THE OUT NYC," said Spa Director, Chris Drummond. "The Spa is dedicated to providing guests with an escape from the frenetic pace of New York City, offering a chance to rejuvenate, restore, and recharge."

The Spa at THE OUT NYC features a 5,000-square foot wellness center with an expansive glass-covered atrium and a 15-foot waterfall, setting the stage for relaxation. The spa experience starts with customized in-room bath amenities and leads to luxury spa facilities including treatment rooms, a wellness deck, and private gym.

Amongst the atrium and waterfalls, guests can find secluded cabanas, lounge areas, hot tubs, cooling showers, spacious steam rooms, and cedar saunas. The Spa at THE OUT NYC's "anywhere spa services" allow for guests to unwind with customized massages on the Spa Deck, enjoy manicures/pedicures in the Spa Atrium, and/or experience treatments in the comfort of their own rooms if they are guests of the hotel.

In addition, services include personal training, private yoga, and spray tanning by CourtneyGlo. Package offerings are available, including the DETOX package, a 3-hour treatment which includes Dry Brush Exfoliation, the Seaweed Body Wrap, a Customized Massage with Reflexology Foot Treatment, a Quick Life Facial, and Steam Bath.

The Spa at THE OUT NYC is led by Chris Drummond, a 17-year wellness and beauty industry veteran, whose previous spa management experience includes the Shore Club and Ritz-Carlton in Miami. Drummond also ran his own spa on Fire Island, as well as managed a cosmetic company for over five years.
