The pair were captured in romantic moments while vacationing in Mexico recently.
"Chris you know that I am libido challenged, but how's your libido lately?" Barrymore asked.
"It's pretty good actually. I'm pretty good," he responded.
"Anyone in your life we should know about?" she asked.
"Actually yeah. Listen, I'm very happy. Very much in love and I feel very grateful to be able to share my time with someone very special. Love is a really special thing and I think meeting someone you connect with is really, really special so," he went on to say.
Appleton showed an Instagram pic of Gage and himself vacationing in Mexico.
"The comments come a week after Gage, 27, addressed the romance rumors, while remaining tight-lipped about his relationship status," EOnline added.
"If they want to think that, they can," Gage told The New York Times in an interview published March 9. "I'm a pretty open book about most things in my life, but I have a problem with the culture of everyone needing to know everybody's business and nothing can be sacred. It's a weird line that I'm still trying to figure out."
"The two have continued to exchange flirty messages on social media, with Appleton calling Gage 'Hot & talented' on his Instagram Stories alongside a photo from the You actor's New York Times interview," EOnline said. "The 39-year-old further commented on Gage's March 9 post about the profile, adding, 'Proud' with a red heart emoji."
